Vote for Pam and Watch the Election Results with Us

Submitted by manager on November 2, 2009 - 3:09pm

Tomorrow is Election Day. Houston is going to have beautiful weather, and I am so excited!

Together, we have put in more than a year of preparation and hard work into our campaign to bring fiscal responsibility and transparency to Houston for the taxpayers. Serving as Houston's next Controller would be an honor for me, and the final outcome is now in your hands.

Please remember you must vote in order for us to win and every vote counts. This is a very challenging race, but winnable on Tuesday if we get out the vote. We hope to avoid a runoff because of the expense to taxpayers, so let's work extra hard today and tomorrow to encourage everyone to vote.

I am ready to go to work so that on January 1, the Controller’s office will be structured to make recommendations and take immediate action. Your overwhelming confidence and support is the reason I am running for this important office. I am grateful for all you have done to support our campaign.

When the polls close at 7:00 pm tomorrow, the celebration will begin. Thank you for your response so far. We are hosting our party at Grappino’s, across the street from the campaign headquarters. There will be valet parking and signs directing you – so, come as planned and you will see the Pam Holm for Controller festivities. You need not RSVP – we are already expecting you to come by and watch returns with us. Please call the campaign office, 713-621-4328, if you have any questions.

Our city faces an important new administration and it begins with casting your vote. Together we will make our city greater!!!

Thank you

Pam
